How long will shipping time be if I decided to order a part?
Shipping times vary depending on the part but on average we don’t see it taking more than 1-2 weeks for orders to reach your door.

In mid 2021 we made the decision to close our physical location to the public due to the ongoing covid pandemic and shift our focus to online sales. We are 100% online but have warehouses in Sydney, Perth and Taiwan. Our “head office” is in Sydney, Australia.

Where did EPH come from?
EPH is a small start-up business and brain child of 3 BMW & VW enthusiasts who are simply fed up with paying too much for car parts, being on the receiving end of poor customer service and just wanting to be given a fair go at a hobby which can be very expensive. Our aim is to provide quality parts, great customer service and a fair to go to our fellow car enthusiasts.

Our standard practise dictates a quick, less than 24 hours after ordering contact attempt to inform the customer and provide suitable options.

Unfortunately after our decision to close our physical location to customers in 2021 due to the covid pandemic, we only ship out orders. Don’t worry though, wait times for orders average a week from order processing to receival.

Unfortunately we do not offer installation services but we do have a network of over 10 workshops across Australia that we highly recommend and can arrange installation with.
